"I can not express how wonderful this family owned business is! I lost my cat (Magnum), who was 17 a few days ago. I called Asheville pet cremation and felt like I was talking to a friend. The amount of respect and care the owner showed me was priceless! I was hurting, and she was exactly what I needed. We made arrangements so she could come and get my sweet girl. I hadn't told my five year old daughter about our cat (she was in the bed and had school the next morning). The owner made arrangements with me to pick Magnum up at my office so we wouldn't have to tell my daughter right then. She has also called and checked on us. She had my Magnum girl home to us in two days! This is a company that cares. They have the best prices by far, and they pick up and deliver!! Unfortunately, saying goodbye to our fur babies is inevitable, but doing it with Asheville Pet Cremation makes it a little easier."

This business is very compassionate and amazing! My family lost our best boy Axel, a 13 year old boxer, earlier this week. We knew the end was near for him but was caught off guard when he passed naturally at home. It was the morning of my middle daughter's birthday and we were also getting ready for school. My husband jumped into action quickly trying to keep my daughter oblivious and me, a wreck, calm. He contacted Asheville Pet Cremations amd explained the situation. The owner came by the house and picked our sweet boy up. She was very sympathetic and kind. She even touched base with us later on to check in and wished my daughter a happy birthday. Axel was back home within 2 days. As hard as the situation was the process was amazing! Asheville Pet Cremations has been a light during a hard time. Their packaging and sweet clay paw print we received was also amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone ever in need.

" When Buttercup past, Mallory was able to come short notice and pick our girl up. Mallory is a very sweet lady and helped the process be as smooth as it could be. She took Buttercup over the holiday weekend and got her ready. They put her in a very nice wooden box labeled with her name. We got copies of her paw print and even an clay stamp. Mallory wrote us the sweetest note and also added a laminated poem that definitely jerked some tears. I highly recommend their company. Thank you Asheville Pet Cremations ❤️ Ricky and Erica"

We lost a huge part of our family recently. Our sweet boy Blaze passed, and we knew we wanted to have him cremated because he was so special to us. We just didn’t know where to begin. We found Asheville Pet Cremations on Facebook and the prices were very reasonable. We contacted Mallory and she was very quick to respond and come pick our baby up. She was very respectful, and let us take our time with him before she took him. She also made sure we decided on everything we wanted before she left. And she even greeted our young kids and gave them lollipops. She was so sweet and this made the process so much more comfortable for us. When she brought our precious boy Blaze back home, I was so pleased with how everything turned out. His box is beautiful, and we got a sheet of paw prints which she made sure were beautiful. We now have this special piece of our beloved dog to hold forever. Although we don’t look forward to losing another pet, we definitely know we will be using your services again when that time does come. Thank you so much Mallory, you are amazing.

Nobody wants to google this service. It is the hardest thing. My Hawke passed away around 1am & as I lay there sobbing I knew I had to start to go through the motions of these next steps. With everyone still asleep I had time to look at every website I could possibly find. Something kept me coming back here. Before I even spoke to anyone my heart just knew, the words on their page were soft and it gave me a sense of peace in such a devastating moment. I know it says 24hrs, maybe I wasnt ready but I waited. I called around 7am and spoke to Mallory. Her voice soothed me as I tried to keep it together. She referred to Hawke as my baby. I can come she said. I said okay. I’ll see you soon. I knew I made the right choice in that moment. When I was googling my heart knew. I can not express in enough words the pure angel Mallory was when she arrived. Everything she did was done with grace and compassion. Again, peace overwhelmed me in the most heartbreaking situation. I knew Hawke would be taken care of. When she dropped him back off we laughed at how heavy his box was. He was a big boy I said :) There she was again bringing joy back into my eyes. The box was more than I expected. Burned onto it was his name. The most perfect pawprints stamped onto paper and an ornament to hold near. I cried happy tears, Hawke was home and I knew he was loved through the process. That is special and allowed for closure.
Losing your best friend of 8 years will always be hard but his memory I get to see daily because of you. Mallory thank you for your kind soul. Thank you for your family. Thank you for bringing such light to all of lives during these times. You are our strength in a way that only you all can bring.💙🐶💙

When your precious fur baby walks across the rainbow bridge, trust Mallory and her team to take care of both your family and your beloved pet. Compassion has to be the number one need when going through such a profound loss, and it was so evident in my experience with her. My Lexi was picked up as soon as I contacted Asheville Pet Cremations and her remains were returned to me the following day in a handmade box that matched the box containing my late husband's remains, along with a touching poem and a "paw print" Christmas Ornament. I can't say enough about this bright beam of light in the middle of the black hole of losing a pet. Ease your mind by calling them when the need arises.
